Joan Dreskin has been with the 91¹ú²ú as general counsel since March 1998.  She now serves as vice president of regulatory affairs and general counsel.  Prior to joining 91¹ú²ú, Ms. Dreskin worked at Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in FERC’s Office of the General Counsel and also – from 1993 through August 1997 – as legal assistant to then-Commissioner Don Santa.

Ms. Dreskin received a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University, Waltham, Massachusetts.  She received a juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law.
