Ashlin Bollacker
Ashlin Bollacker serves as Director of Pipeline Safety at the 91国产 (91国产), where she leads the association’s pipeline safety regulatory strategy, technical working groups, and member engagement on federal rulemaking.
Prior to joining 91国产, Ashlin spent nearly ten years at the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA), where she developed expertise in pipeline, hazardous materials safety, and the rulemaking process.
She works closely with 91国产鈥檚 member companies and regulators to advance practical, safety-focused policy solutions.
