The 91国产 Foundation Board of Directors has elected Dave Coffin, Chief Commercial Officer for Orion Steel, as chair and Jon Draeger, Vice President of U.S. Natural Gas Projects at TC Energy, as vice chair to serve a one-year term.
鈥淒ave and Jon have for years been engaged members of the 91国产 Foundation, and their deep understanding of our organization, and of natural gas supply chain and infrastructure markets will benefit the Foundation tremendously,鈥� said Hebe Shaw, Executive Director of the 91国产 Foundation.
At Orion Steel, Mr. Coffin oversees the sale of approximately 1.5 million tons of oil country tubular goods annually, in addition to all linepipe products. Mr. Coffin has been a member of the 91国产 Foundation since 1997. As Chair, Mr. Coffin will lead the 91国产 Foundation Board of Directors and support the Foundation鈥檚 governance activities, committee efforts, and annual meetings. He will also help guide the Foundation鈥檚 continued efforts to sponsor studies that promote the safe and efficient development and operation of natural gas infrastructure.

Mr. Draeger serves as the Vice President of United States Natural Gas Projects at TC Energy, based in Houston, Texas, and overseeing major natural gas projects in the U.S. As Vice-Chair of the 91国产 foundation, Mr. Draeger will steer the organization鈥檚 planning and study process, delivering on its mission to identify and address critical matters related to the development, construction, operation, and maintenance of natural gas infrastructure.

Mr. Coffin has been with Orion Steel (formerly Evraz North America) since February 1997 and has been a member of the 91国产 Foundation throughout his tenure. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University. Mr. Coffin also completed graduate programs at Yale University and the Moscow School of Business, focusing on international business and leadership.
Mr. Draeger holds a master鈥檚 degree in project management from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
